Fork Cartridge Kit Installation Service

We now offer mail in cartridge kit install for any of the kits purchased from A&J Cycles (Nitron, Andreani and Ohlins).  All work done by our certified Ohlins installation tech.
Service includes:

• Disassembly of stock forks
• Cleaning and inspection of forks
• Machining of inner tubes (if needed)
• Installation of cartridge kit
• Set baseline settings as per manufacturer
• 1L of fork oil (Nitron or Ohlins Spec)
• Optional new SKF seal and wiper installation
• Return shipping with insurance to lower 48 states

1-4 day turnaround times (we do installations on Thursdays and Saturdays)

We have all of the proper tools and knowledge to take the guess work out of these installs for you.
