Shipping & Tariffs

Domestic U.S. Shipping:

Shipping is free for all orders over $299.00, excluding shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Orders under $299.00 are charged a flat rate of $9.99.

We ship all orders using FedEx, UPS or USPS.

A signature will be required to confirm delivery on any orders over $750.00.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship orders internationally on a daily basis. Some items (due to weight and size) will incur an extra cost. Our shipping calculator is set up to calculate the best rate possible. We are not responsible for any import duties and/or taxes on international orders. Please check your local duties for imported goods. Our primary carriers are UPS and DHL.

How long does shipping take?

Most products will ship from our facility within 24 to 48 hours. Some items are ordered on demand or drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and these items may take 3 to 4 days to ship. We will contact you to notify you whether any extended delays are anticipated. Please know we are trying our best to keep accurate inventory and timely shipping.  A few vendors have extended lead times: Zard(2-3 Weeks), Competition Werkes(4-6 weeks), Nitron (2/3 Weeks), Free Spirits (some items 3-5 days)

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will only be collected in New Jersey, New York and Florida.

Tariffs:

Unfortunately we are incurring tariffs on shipments from our EU and UK Suppliers as well as some US Suppliers. We have had to raise prices on some brands to offset these costs. We continue to monitor and we hope that we will be able to reduce pricing in the future.
