What is your return policy?

Eligibility:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days. 
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as originally received.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Please package well, if damaged in return shipping, we will not accept the return. 
• To complete your return, you must email us for preapproval and RMA number. 

Exceptions:

The following are not eligible for returns:

Brands: ASV, Free Spirits, LSL, Quad Lock, Wunderkind

Parts: Handlebars, Fenders, Fender Eliminators, Clip-Ons, Risers, Electronics, Exhaust products, Seats, Suspension, Electronics, Lighting, Luggage and Mirrors

Garage Sale and Closeout parts are final sale

Cancellations:

All cancelled orders initiated by the customer are subject to a 5% CC/paypal fee (only applies to orders that haven't been shipped yet). 

Zard, Kineo and Nitron orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours.

Shipping:

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to A&J Cycles unless due to item defect or shipping error.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
