Returns

What is your return policy?

Eligibility and terms:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days. 
• The item must be unused, uninstalled and in the same condition as originally received.
• If the item has any install marks, it will not be accepted. 
• The item must be in the original packaging. If original packaging is missing or destroyed, it will not be accepted.
• Please package well, if damaged in return shipping, we will not accept the return. 
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. 
• To complete your return, you must email us for preapproval and RMA number. 

Exceptions:

The following are not eligible for returns:

Brands: ABM, AltRider, Free Spirits, Rizoma, Zard, Z1R

Parts:

• Handlebar Products: Clip-Ons, Risers, Clamps, handlebars
• Electronics: Cameras, GPS, Lighting Products
• Maintenance: Chains, Sprockets, Air Filters, Spark Plugs, cleaners, tools
• Suspension Components
• Mirrors
• Apparel and Helmets 
• Garage Sale and Closeout parts are final sale

Cancellations:

All cancelled orders initiated by the customer are subject to a 5% CC/paypal fee (only applies to orders that haven't been shipped yet).  This is to cover fees that Shopify retains even if order is cancelled. 

Zard, Kineo and Nitron orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Returns Shipping:

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to A&J Cycles unless due to item defect or shipping error.
• We can provide a return label but the cost will be deducted from refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. The actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Free shipping does not mean A&J Cycles did not incur costs to ship items.
