Material & production:

The underride guard is completely made in Germany. It is laser-cut + edged by one of our partner companies in the region & then welded in-house (as can be seen in the photos, this ensures a very nice weld seam).
The precise manufacturing guarantees a very good fit, which makes installation easier.
The cover is made of 3 mm aluminum. This is the perfect material thickness that offers sufficient protection without being unnecessarily heavy. In addition, aluminum is weather-resistant and cannot rust.
Protection & design:

The engine guard not only looks beefy and stylish, it also really protects your engine, frame and all other important parts in the lower area of the motorcycle should you ever touch down with your bike. It is definitely more than just a stone guard!
A proper scrambler definitely needs solid engine protection and that's exactly what you get with the Dakar Protector.

Installation:

Installation is quick and easy. All the necessary mounting materials are included in the scope of delivery.

- Black powder-coated: The mudguard is powder-coated black after welding, giving it a beautiful, deep black finish.
